Apo Island!

Apo Island is a volcanic island covering 12 hectares in land area, 7 kilometers off the southeastern tip of Negros Island and 30 kilometers south of the Negros Oriental capital of Dumaguete City in the Philippines.
The marine habitat around the island is a marine reserve, protected by the National Integrated Protected Area Act (NIPA) and under the jurisdiction of the Protected Area Management Board (PAMB). It has become a popular dive site and snorkeling destination with tourists. There are two resorts on Apo Island, both of which have their own dive centers: Apo Island Beach Resort and Liberty's Lodge. There is a ranger station and a lighthouse.

Another Island hopping adventure!! :D Here comes the Apo Island.
The ride over to Apo Island from Zamboanguita is around 45 minutes and it is usually a bit wet, so make sure you have your camera etc. wrapped up to protect it from the sea water.

Once you arrive on Apo Island, you have to go to the registration office on the beach there where you register your party and pay the Apo Island Sanctuary fees, these fees are going to the local people on Apo island to help them keep the island interesting for tourists, both for cleaning up the place and keeping everything on the island working but also for supporting the people that can not make a living fishing because of the sanctuary status.

And the most exciting part of all.....SNORKLING!!! :D
Too bad we dont have underwater camera. Ive seen a LOT of underwater lovely creatures. First time in my life to sea that kind of underwater experience. Lots of corals, fishes, sea snakes, sea urchins, even turtles!

We also had some photoshoots.

Another great day had passed. And my experience in Apo Island is unforgettable. :)

Calaguas Island!

The Calaguas is a group of islands in the Philippine province of Camarines Norte. It includes the following islands:

          Major
               Tinaga Island
               Guintinua Island
          Minor
               Maculabo Island

and several other minor islands.

Most of the islands are under the administrative jurisdiction of Vinzons, Camarines Norte while the minor island of Maculabo is under the jurisdiction of the municipality of Paracale, Camarines Norte. Recently, the island of Tinaga where the famous long beach called Mahabang Buhangin is located is experiencing influx of tourists in the area despite the absence of accommodation. Campers and backpackers are coming and going daily to experience its powdery white sands.

Calaguas Island

We had an almost 2 hours boat ride from the city before reaching the Calaguas Island..
But that long ride has been paid off by the time we reached the island. It was so beautiful! The water is sooo crystal clear. It was like your looking under a white tiled swimming pool.
This place is so perfect for relaxing after several days of stress at work. Unfortunately, our celphone signals were all dead. It is too far to grasp some network.

Maculabo Island

is an island which belongs to the Calaguas group of islands in Camarines Norte province. Although part of the Calaguas group, the island is under the jurisdiction of the municipality of Paracale, Camarines Norte. The island serves as a major stop-over going to Tinaga Island where the famous long beach "Mahabang Buhangin" is located. The island is about four kilometers long.

After our trip at Calaguas Island, we had a small time to visit this very clean, peaceful and wonderful Maculabo Island since it is just near the Calaguas Island.
I'm missing this place so much. Hope I could go back here. :)

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE BINBIT!

Are you a victim of this Binbit subscription? Well me i would say yes. But before they eat all of my cellphone load,I looked for a way on how to remove it. I'm a Globe subscriber and this option works for me on how to unsubscribe on this Binbit :

text STOP ALL and send it to 2474

after a few seconds they replied to me saying that "Ur now unsubscribed from the following services : BINBIT. U will no longer receive contents from d services. The message is free of charge."

If this method doesn't work for you, try this other ways:

Note: just make sure you have load at least 5 pesos and not more than 10 pesos since each text coming from them charges you of 10 pesos a day! Yes that's too much!

Just type UNSUBSCRIBEBINBIT
or STOPBINBIT
or CANCELBINBIT
or QUITBINBIT
or OFFBINBIT
or STOP BIN then send to 2474.

If it still does not work for you try to visit this link, I got my problem solved from this link: http://www.keywordspeak.com/2011/03/how-to-unsbscribe-binbit-philippines.html

Ano ang pinagkaiba ng mga bulag at ng mga nakakakita?

"Kapitan Sino" ni Bob Ong (a portion of his latest book..try to read this..and contemplate..)

Top 10 Most Annoying Tech Products (PC World Survey)

10. Apple QuickTime for Windows (2001 to present)
What is it about media players that makes them think they own your PC? Install QuickTime, and it immediately sets up camp in your Windows system tray, drops icons on your desktop, and loads the qttask.exe applet every time you power up--no questions asked. You can kick it out of the tray, but the next time you upgrade or reinstall the program, it sneaks back in. Worse, if you want to use iTunes, you have to take QuickTime along with it. Plenty of programs are looking for a home in your system tray, but most of them ask politely first.

9. Microsoft Windows Update (1998 to present)

Yes, we know, our computers would be even more vulnerable if we didn't use Update to plug Windows' seemingly endless security holes. But using it to distribute Microsoft's Windows Genuine Advantage tattleware puts Update firmly in the annoyance column (not to mention the way it autorestarts your system after it's done installing). Delivered as a "critical" update last spring, WGA installed itself with minimal notice, secretly phoned home with information about users' systems, and wrongly identified possibly millions of legitimate copies of Windows XP as pirated. No one likes a rat, and clearly that's the sentiment our readers hold toward this otherwise reasonably useful service.

8.Microsoft Windows Vista (2007)

It's one of the unwritten laws of computing: All versions of Windows are annoying. Windows Me takes the cake, but Vista has its own unlovable annoyances, like its overzealous "Cancel or Continue?" confirmation windows so brilliantly lampooned by Apple's "I'm a Mac, I'm a PC" commercials. But that's only the tip of the Vista annoyance iceberg. Installing Vista onto an older system? There's a good chance that your graphics card, sound card, and some of your older software won't work properly. And even if you have a new system with either the Premium or Ultimate version installed, Vista won't display its nifty 3D Aero interface if your PC lacks the graphics horsepower for it. No warning screens, no error messages, no explanations--Aero simply doesn't work. That's annoying.

7. MySpace (2003 to present)

Gwendolyn would like to be added as one of your friends. Brittany would like to be added as one of your friends. Latisha would like you to view her free adult video, which incidentally will download spyware to your hard drive. Sure, the biggest Web sites always attract scammers (see eBay), but they don't have to make it easy. MySpace's minimal barriers to entry make it a haven for bogus "friends." Apparently, our community has all the "friends" it needs.

6. Bonzi Buddy (1999 to 2004)

Described as a "helper" application, Bonzi Buddy delivered contextual ads to your PC, basically after collecting information from you. Its passing has not been mourned. As reader Randy J put it to us: "I used to do support for one of the big ISPs. Bonzi Buddy was one to remember. I once used a computer with it on there. It kept popping up and obscuring things you needed to see. I had to uninstall it from many, many people's systems."

5. Real Networks (Progressive Networks) RealPlayer (1996 to 2004)

In 1996 Progressive Networks (now called Real Networks) began offering RealPlayer in a $30 Plus version and a free version, but finding the download link for the free one was like playing "Where's Waldo" on the Real.com site. Once you tracked down and installed the free player, it declared itself your default media player for all file formats and began nagging you to pony up $30 for Plus. Later versions installed themselves into your Windows system tray and popped up pointless (and annoying) "special offers" from Real advertisers. And, of course, Real's notorious attempts to assign unique ID numbers and track consumer media usage--anonymously or otherwise--did nothing to endear itself to us. Pay $30 for this pioneer of pushiness? Get real.

4. McAfee Internet Security, Symantec Norton Internet Security (1998 to present)

Security suites are supposed to be like personal bodyguards for your PC, quietly enforcing the rules and keeping you safe without drawing attention to themselves. Not these two. Norton and McAfee are constantly prompting us to check our security settings, update our subscriptions, and/or buy more products. Time was when you didn't have to buy annual subscriptions to antivirus products, and you wouldn't be nagged about it either. A lot of you seem to remember that time.

3. Hated DRM: Apple iTunes, Microsoft Windows Media Player, Microsoft Zune, Napster (2003 to present)

The media players themselves are mostly fine, but their incompatible digital rights management (DRM) schemes drive you nuts. Despite Apple's recent decision to sell some DRM-free songs, most iTunes tunes still play only on iPods, a couple of Motorola phones, or a computer with iTunes software on it. (And the DRM-free songs cost 30 cents more.) Microsoft has said it will "soon" sell DRM-free music for the Zune. We'll see.

2. Windows Me (2000)

Last year, in our list of the Worst Tech Products of All Time, we said Windows Me was the "worst version of Windows ever released." In our survey, you plainly agreed. It was a mess. Shortly after its release a tidal wave of bug reports smashed into Redmond. Installation was difficult, hardware driver support was sketchy, and system crashes were routine. As one PC World columnist said: "If you upgraded to Me from an older version of Windows, you might feel that the term 'Millennium' refers to the length of time it will take to fix the glitches."

1. AOL CDs (1993 to 2006)

You've spoken, and loudly. The carpet bombing of free AOL discs was possibly the most annoying (and environmentally irresponsible) marketing campaign ever waged. Estimates put the number of discs shipped between July 1993 and July 2006 at over 1 billion; we feel like we received that many ourselves.

KeEp In MiNd..

When you're still hurting and in the process of healing, never ever let yourself fall for someone until you're sure that you've already moved on from the past..because if you do let yourself fall for someone while you're not sure of you’ve already moved on..You will just be continuing to ask the same questions over and over again..you’ll just do the same MISTAKES.. mistakes that will cause such feelings, leading it to pile on your already WOUNDED, HURTING, SUFFERING, DYING “heart”...

I WISH I WAS A BOY

If I were a boy
Even just for a day
Id roll outta bed in the morning
And throw on what I wanted then go
Drink beer with the guys
And chase after girls
Id kick it with who I wated
And Id never get confronted for it.
Cause theyd stick up for me.

If I were a boy
I think I could understand
How it feels to love a girl
I swear Id be a better man.
Id listen to her
Cause I know how it hurts
When you lose the one you wanted
Cause hes taken you for granted
And everything you had got destroyed
If I were a boy
I could turn off my phone
Tell evveryone its broken
So theyd think that I was sleepin alone
Id put myself first
And make the rules as I go
Cause I know that shed be faithful
Waitin for me to come home (to come home)

Its a little too late for you to come back
Say its just a mistake
Think Id forgive you like that
If you thought I would wait for you
You thought wrong

But youre just a boy
You dont understand
Yeah you dont understand
How it feels to love a girl someday
You wish you were a better man
You dont listen to her
You dont care how it hurts
Until you lose the one you wanted
Cause youve taken her for granted
And everything you have got destroyed
But youre just a boy

YEAH RIGHT!!(-,+)\m/..

When You Really Love Someone

I'm a woman, lord knows it's hard

I need a real man to give me what I need
Sweet attention, love and tenderness
When it's real it's unconditional, I'm telling y'all

Cause a man, just ain't a man,
If he aint' man enough
To love you when you're right,
Love you when you're wrong
Love you when you're weak,
Love you when you're strong
Take you higher
When the world got you feelin low.
He's given you his last, cuz he's thinking of you first
Given comfort when you're thinking that you're hurt
That's what's done when you really love someone
I'm telling y'all, I'm telling y'all.
Cause you're a real man and lord knows it's hard
Sometimes you just need a woman's touch
Sweet affection, love and support
When it's real, it's unconditional, I'm telling y'all

Oh cause a woman ain't a woman if she ain't woman enough
To love you when you're right
Love you when you're wrong
Love you when you're weak,
Love you when you're strong
Take you higher
When the world got you feelin low.
She's giving you her best, even when you're at your worst
Givin comfort, when she's thinking that you're hurt
That's what's done, when you really love someone
I'm telling y'all

Sometimes you gonna argue
Sometimes you gonna fight
Sometimes it's gonna feel like it will never be right
But something so strong, keeps you holdin on
It don't make sense, but it make a good song

^_^

I've decided to post your poem in here..just sharing this to you guyz..

END OF THE DAWN

A POEM MADE BY A FRIEND OF MINE..

It was still dawn, she had been rolling and tossing in her bed for some time now.

She keeps on looking at her mobile, waiting…but to no avail.

The sun’s starting to rise, here comes her mother, waking her up.

Standing up, she reaches her mobile, fighting the temptation…

Getting her things, she went downstairs, leaving her mobile in her room.

She ate her breakfast, took a bath, then go straight back to her room…

There she goes again, back in her room, in her sanctuary,

Fixing herself, she’s still waiting for a single beep…

With every beep, she’s hoping against hope it is he…

The sun had risen, school is waiting, she got to go…

With every step, she’s thinking how would she face him.

Seating on the jeepney, she pays the driver ASAP…then, looks on her mobile again…

Reaching her destination, she goes to her room....

Silenced her mobile, but keep looking at it till the Prof comes in

As every subject ends, every Profs leaves, she checks her mobile…

Now that school is through, there she goes again…back to her routine…

Looking silly while arguing with herself…

Wishing she had never uttered those words…

Words that wishes he could be hers…

Now that its way too late…what can she do but regret?

Regretting the cowardice she exhibit upon taking a risk…

It had been a long walk going home…fighting the devils tempting her to go his way…

How can she ever face him again? Now that the walls between them is in the way…

It had been way too long…they had been together for so long…

But just because of a stupid glass, everything now is lost…

But what can she do?

It was all her fault…

Now she lost him…

She lost the fight…

She lost her everything…

Her house is getting nearer...realizations are starting to dawn…

Nightfall is about to come…her mother is waiting...

Alas! There’s still someone waiting for her…someone to love her…

Her family is already preparing the table as she enters the room…

She hugged her mother tight, and cries hard on her shoulder…

That night, she let go…

She cried, yes, but that’s the only outlet she has…

She promised never to cry again…

Not to cry for those who don’t see her worth…

That night, she falls into the deep abyss of black…

She dreamt of him…

He’s with her…hugging her tightly…giving her comfort and security…

At midnight, a hand had awakened her, gently touching her cheeks…

And there he was, standing, flowing with light…extending a hand on her…

And she took his hand…gripping it tightly…

Now she’s risking it…now she’ll fight for him…

Now, she’ll be with him…

Till forever ends…

Girl Talk!!!

Why can't I get a date?

You're smart, cool and cute - what could you be doing wrong?
We list the secret reasons why you can't "hook up" and give
you hints on how to fix 'em
- By Maricris Orpiano

Remember: men like women who likes men.

You don't have to scream to the world that you love men
just as you love clothes and bags. But neither should you
yell to the world or at least give the impression, that you
do not need men. Truth is, men like women who like men.

You're too intelligent for love.

It's still a funny phenomenon why many intelligent, smart,
successful girls are'nt as successful in the dating scene.
They get the position, they enjoy the fame, and they bring
home the money-but never the men. Usually, these are
women on top who know what they want and know exactly
how to get what they want. But that's the thing with intelligent
girls. They know a lot. And more often than not, they know
more than they feel. But that's just one complication. The real
hitch is the wall that they unknowingly create because of their
status. Guys get intimidated by women who have achieved a lot,
and therefore, may expect a lot. It's daunting for men-dating a
woman who's got everything. Sure, it isn't a woman's fault if she's
so smart and so good. But it wouldn't do us intelligent girls any
harm. If we show a bit of our fragile selves. All damsels in distress
were saved by a prince. You think sleeping beauty met her
hubby if she woke up on her own?

Ditch the bad picture.

If you keep on convincing yourself that you're not the ligawin type
and that you've been invisible to men since birth, then all men
out there will start believing you. The mind has extraordinary
power that can make things happen-literally. Telekinesis and
levitation are classic examples. Mind power has the ability to
make you feel like a true Angelina Jolie, with a bit of makeup
magic. Likewise, the brain also has the power to make you look
like a poster girl for sprinsterhood if you're so convinced that you
are. So if you keep on radiating the aura that you're a nobody in
the dating scene, theh be ready to be in invisible mode for the
rest of your "hindi ako ligawin" kind of life.

Package yourself.

This is a hard, raw truth. And girls, admit it. In a dating world
where physical beauty is heralded as the eighth wonder of the
world, a woman's physical features double serve as her dating
license and guy locator. Inner beauty is a gold mine, but physical
beauty has its own carats as well. It's your skin, your hair, your
eyes, your body, and your smile that do the talking way before you
can even say "hello". Because again, admit it: first impressions
are established within the first 30 seconds of visual contact.
It's a permanent Kodak moment you wouldn't want to ruin.
So, whether or not your date is a hottie, there is no excuse
your wardrobe staples. Because, in marketing and in dating,
packaging is everything.

To be liked, you've got to like yourself first. And that's the number
one rule. You have to believe who you are, love who you are, and
see yourself distinct from the others. There is simply no point in
comparing yourself with others. Never let others define who you are.
And if you don't get a date, don't fret. There are millions of men
in this planet. So...off to the next!
